Cesár Augusto Farah - Chief Financial Officer

Graduated in Accounting Sciences with an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec-SP / Insper.
- He has 25 years of experience in multinational mining industries, such as Alcan, Rio Tinto Alcan and Yamana Gold, having spent 2 years in Global Consolidation at Rio Tinto Alcan's headquarters in Montreal, Canada. He started at Alcan Brasil in 1995, going through various positions within the Financial area and leading strategic projects in Brazil and Canada, having participated during this period in Alumar's Financial and Audit Committees. He left Rio Tinto Alcan in 2011, when he held the position of Treasurer for Brazil. He also served as Head of Administration and Finance for Smucker do Brasil between 2001 and 2003. He was responsible for the Treasury and Finance of Yamana Gold in Brazil between 2011 and 2018. Since 2019 he has worked at Grupo Buritipar as CFO / CFO of KM Kalium Mineração e Chairman of the Financial and Tax Committee of Buritirama Manganês.

- With specialization in Economic Engineering, professional in the area of ​​Chemistry-Metallurgy, with 35 years of operation. Wide experience in the areas of operation and development of processes, projects and products, project management and deployment, start up and commissioning of plants. He worked at Mamoré Mineração e Metalurgia - Grupo Paranapanema - from 1981 to 2004, and was responsible for the development and implementation of several pyro and hydrometallurgical processes. Between 2004 and 2012, he worked at Mineração Buritirama, responding to the development and optimization of the Manganese mine operation, as well as in the commercial and customer assistance areas in Brazil and abroad. Kalium Mineração has been responding since 2012 to the development of the process and project for the production of compounds of Potassium, Magnesium, Iron and Aluminum from the utilization of the company's glauconite reserves.
